Together in Hessen: Integration of International Employees

Communication Solution created a campaign for the Hessen Economics Ministry to raise awareness for the integration of international employees in Hessen. We developed a corporate competition "Together in Hessen" which is unique is all of Germany. The campaign included press conferences, a photo exhibition, award ceremony, a conference for personnel directors and a website. Since the campaign was launched in 2002, we have also conducted more than 20 company visits.

Every year, more than 100 companies participate in the competition and prize winners have included Adam Opel AG, Lufthansa Cargo and Pirelli Deutschland. Sponsors of the competition include Fraport AG, Hessen Chamber of Commerce and the public broadcaster HR.
